About my recent work.

My artwork often features vivid colors and dynamic compositions, demonstrating a strong influence from the Expressionist and impressionist movement. I typically employ bold brush strokes and a rich color palette, creating vibrant and emotive pieces.

Subjects vary widely, including landscapes, florals, and abstract designs. Landscapes often depict scenes from nature with a somewhat surreal touch, where the colors are heightened, and the perspectives are slightly altered to evoke a sense of wonder and engagement.

My abstract works are particularly notable for their energetic and almost chaotic use of color and shape, often leading the viewer on a visual journey through the canvas. These abstract pieces often contain a rhythmic quality, as if the colors and shapes are in motion, creating a lively and dynamic effect.

Early works are mostly watercolors. I’m most comfortable in a water medium.
